eXcelerate Co-Sponsorship Leader Agreement

This Agreement is effective upon the date recorded in the signature of this document.
This eXcelerate Co-Sponsorship Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Expert Agent Services, LLC (doing business as eXcelerate), located at 2591 Dallas Pkwy #300, Frisco, TX 75034 ("Provider"), and the undersigned Client ("Co-Sponsor Leader").
By signing this Agreement, the Co-Sponsor Leader acknowledges that they are purchasing a professional coaching and business acceleration program, NOT a guarantee of success. The Co-Sponsor Leader understands that their own effort, participation, and implementation of the strategies provided will directly impact their success, and they accept full responsibility for their results.
The Provider agrees to offer the following services:
The Co-Sponsorship program provides exclusive access to the following package:
5 Co-Sponsor eXcelerate Seats for $797 per month
Additional Co-Sponsor Agent Seats Available:
1 seat for $149/month
5 seats for $797/month
10 seats for $1,497/month
The Co-Sponsor Leader is responsible for making timely monthly payments for the entire term of this Agreement. Failure to pay on time will result in suspension of all services, including but not limited to access to Funnel Pilot and eXcelerate Coaching.
The Co-Sponsor Leader (the paying client) receives:
One-on-One Coaching with Harley (not available to the seats/agents)
Full access to eXcelerate Agent Attraction Coaching, including:
Initial business strategy session & personalized action plan
Weekly 50-minute group coaching calls with a mentor/accountability coach
Private access to eXcelerate’s training resources, business tracking tools, and selected books
Full access to eXcelerate’s Go High Level platform
Each agent seat includes:
Access to the Funnel Pilot System for automated lead generation and CRM integration
Weekly group coaching calls with eXcelerate leadership (no one-on-one coaching)
Onboarding support and business tracking tools
Private community access for networking and agent attraction strategies
All agents recruited using this offer must name Jay Kinder as their Co-Sponsor at eXp Realty to receive any benefits of Funnel Pilot or eXcelerate.
Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of program benefits for that agent.
If an agent leaves Jay Kinder’s revenue group at eXp Realty, they forfeit all benefits immediately.
This Agreement is a 90-Day commitment with the expectation that you are will continue for at least 12 months unless something unforeseen should happen.
The Co-Sponsor Leader acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible for completing their payment commitment, regardless of usage.
No refunds will be issued for unused months or agent slots.
Monthly payments will be auto-deducted from the payment method on file.
If a payment is declined, services will be suspended immediately.
Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate termination of services and legal action.
The Co-Sponsor Leader may not cancel their agreement prior to fulfilling the 90-Day term.
After the 90-Day term, the Co-Sponsor Leader may cancel their subscription by providing 30 days’ written notice via email to [email protected].
If cancellation notice is not provided within 30 days of the renewal period, the contract will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.
eXcelerate does not guarantee results. The Co-Sponsor Leader is responsible for their own execution and performance.
Legal Enforcement: This Agreement is legally binding and will be pursued in court if necessary.
If a dispute arises, all legal matters must be resolved in Collin County, Texas.
To receive the full benefits of this program, the Co-Sponsor Leader agrees to:
Actively participate in the program – including coaching calls, training sessions, and agent attraction strategies.
Ensure that recruited agents name Jay Kinder as their Co-Sponsor – failure to do so will result in loss of benefits for the agent.
Maintain an active eXp Realty account – any termination or changes to the Co-Sponsor Leader’s eXp Realty status may impact eligibility.
Follow the provided processes and complete all required onboarding tasks.
Comply with payment obligations in full.
Avoid chargebacks and disputes – all payment disputes must be resolved directly with eXcelerate.
The Co-Sponsor Leader may not solicit or recruit agents away from Jay Kinder’s revenue group while participating in this program.
All training materials, strategies, and proprietary systems provided in this program are confidential and may not be shared, copied, or used outside of this agreement.
Any notice required under this Agreement must be provided in writing via email to [email protected].
All official program communication will be delivered through email, coaching calls, or the private eXcelerate training platform.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Collin County, Texas.
The Co-Sponsor Leader waives any right to bring disputes outside of this jurisdiction and agrees to resolve any issues through direct communication with eXcelerate.
By signing below, the Co-Sponsor Leader acknowledges and agrees to the legally binding terms outlined in this Agreement.
